White-Glove Convenience
Wallace Collision Center offers a white-glove service. We pick up your vehicle in Bristol, Kingsport, Johnson City or the surrounding area. We work directly with your insurance company and keep you updated during repairs. When the work is complete, we return the car washed and detailed. If you drive an electric vehicle, we use flatbeds and approved tow points to protect the battery and motors. Our goal is to make the repair process easy so you can get back on the road quickly.
